The hotel's central location made it easy to access restaurants and entertainment venues. The electronic check-in/out process was very efficient and staff were helpful. The family room was spacious and provided great views of the town.
The pillows were a bit flat and the duvet was too heavy, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The windows didn't open, which made the room quite warm in the evenings.

Premier Inn Cheltenham Town Centre is perfectly located right in the heart of town, just off the main street. This means that there are plenty of great eateries nearby, providing a variety of dining options. the staff are friendly and informative, ensuring a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. the rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. guests can enjoy the convenience of discounted parking nearby and the bonus of air conditioning in the rooms.
The meal deal offered by the hotel is not worth it, as there are better dining options available in the vicinity.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering it was conveniently located just off the town centre. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, with extremely clean rooms on the third floor which was very quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast was simply delicious, and I have to give a special shoutout to Chris for his perfectly cooked poached eggs!
Everything was perfect.

I stayed in a hotel located in the city centre, close to restaurants and pubs, which was ideal for my business trip. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the coffee was delicious.
The hotel had no parking! I had to park my car far from the hotel and then walk back which was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.
